Employee satisfaction survey project allow to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and is the basis for the development of the company. Employee satisfaction surveys provide a comprehensive examination of the company, from employees point of view. Ensuring anonymity and confidentiality of statements provide obtaining of fully credible feedback and indicating the direction of necessary changes for the efficient operation of the business.

Workstreet as general contractor for the project will include a subcontractor - Extended DISC Ltd. company. z o.o, which will provide the platform in order to carry out research at the e-survey. Depending on the situation, paper questionnaires will be introduced to the project as an option.

1. Implementation

Such an examination is made in the form of a questionnaire completed anonymously by employees and sent directly to the Workstreet consultants. The content of the questionnaire is created in close collaboration with the Company Management, as it has to be focused on specific aspects of the study are important to the company. Survey results are analyzed by the Workstreet consultants who then prepare a summary report to the Management Board on the recommendations of the changes. Our consultants help
in the development and implementation of changes resulting from employee satisfaction research.

The questionnaire consists of a maximum of 12 groups of questions with up to 12 questions. The study will be conducted in the use of e-survey or as "paper copy".

A characteristic feature of the survey is the ability to ensure complete confidentiality. It is very important that both the questions and the whole process was designed in such a way that the respondents could answer questions sincerely as possible.

Workstreet Consultants together with representatives of the client prepare a message to employees, including information on the objectives of such a study in such a way that on the one hand not to cause anxiety among the staff, on the other hand encourage openness.

2. Effects

A typical process of development activities based on the results of the employee satisfaction survey  is as follow:

  • Concluding session for representatives of the Client.
  • Workstreet consultants help to identify gaps between the current situation and the ideal situation.
  • The most significant areas will be selected for improvement.
  • Determine whether some changes should be made in the management system to support the planned development activities.
  • Starting of development activities by the Company
